deathwish SG Oh yah....I read that on the train on my way to school.Anyway, seriously speaking, apart from calling and messaging, how many people actually make regular use of camera/3G/Bluetooth/Wireless surfing on the phone? Actually i seldom use those functions except for the camera and bluetooth like once every 2 months =/
Rhonda SG i go work also 1hr >.<We're talking about travelling time leh! Not make-up time plus dressing up time etc etc... *quickly scoots out of the way!! Hehehe!!
fudgester SG We're talking about travelling time leh! Not make-up time plus dressing up time etc etc... *quickly scoots out of the way!! Hehehe!! It takes me 1 hr 30 min to reach school. And that's on average- just now it took me 1hr 45min.
Rhonda SG honeymousey, I can tell you another reason why late night public travel in Melbourne is bad - you get a lot of drunks / drug addicts / drunks AND drug addicts who'll sit there, maybe disturb you, maybe not, but then they'll vomit, and stink up the entire carriage, and whenever the train jerks, the vomit slides across the floor towards you!! My classic encounter is with that drug addict who wouldn't stop leaning into my personal space to boast about his penis size. Heng ah as a nurse, I learnt how to deal with such people so I deftly channelled his attention away from his anatomy a few times, cause he somehow kept on returning to his penis talk.
Meia Gisborn SG It takes me 1 hr 30 min to reach school. And that's on average- just now it took me 1hr 45min. Holy crap! Where does your commute take you??
Rhonda SG Rhonda, Check you PM.Heng ah you posted that alert! Otherwise, I've been known to realise only like hours later that someone had sent me a PM.
Rhonda SG Holy crap! Where does your commute take you??That was my exact thoughts! I was like, bloody hell, almost two hours?!! That can bring me to the Mornington Peninsular, which is like, right at the edge of Victoria!
honeymouse SG I'm always beary beary happy to meet you and mousehubby one! Aww..... so nice to hear that! *hugz* Nice seeing you too..... at least one more person to enjoy makan with us.....
fudgester SG Holy crap! Where does your commute take you?? Marine Parade => Eunos => Clementi => Kent Ridge.
不如就死 SG Marine Parade => Eunos => Clementi => Kent Ridge.i used to take number 10 ..takes me abt 1 hour-ish to reach kent ridge.. but that's really early in the morning. I used to reach my office about 8am..
fudgester SG Fudge no direct bus for you?No.197.Tried it once at an off-peak hour. Took me 1hr 45min.I don't dare try it during peak hours. Why do you guys think I'm *bleep*-ing about having to pay $5 to spend three hours on the road each day? This morning was exceptionally bad.... I waited 20 min for the bus from home to the MRT. The bus from the MRT to school took nearly 30 min thanks to road congestion.... even though the distance from Clementi to Kent Ridge is really short.

I would rather take you home.Hubby got harrassed by some weirdo twice on the train when coming home late after work.
